We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location right by the beach was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a delightful hotel with excellent facilities near a beautiful beach. The staff at Universal Hotel made my experience fantastic - they were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as shown in the photo, with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the superb pool area and the lifeguard on duty. Breakfasts were also very good, and I appreciated the occasional fruit kebabs brought around by the staff. a great hotel and a lovely area to stay in.

The Hotel was very clean . The presentation and quantity of the cold food was excellant. Staff were very pleasent and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a mainly German area of Playa de Palma. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring our room was always spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The amenities were outstanding, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and beach access. We also enjoyed the on-site beauty treatments, such as massages, body wraps, and facials. The sun terrace provided a relaxing spot to soak up the sun, and the seasonal outdoor pool was a refreshing retreat. The Wi-Fi access was reliable, and the 24-hour reception and luggage storage were convenient services. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, eating outside with a beautiful sea view was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the nightlife. The loud Germans singing their national songs didn't spoil the vacation as u can hear them only with the open balcony. We would like to stay at this hotel again!

I don't speak German, this hotel is located in the 'German' area and everything is relative to the German tourists, even the TV is in German, I didn't know this before the trip.

The dinner buffet was mind-blowing with super helpful staff and cooks. The windows had EXCELLENT insulation. The suite had a jaw-dropping bathroom. The area was lovely, room was exactly like the photo, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and the pool area was superb. The staff went above and beyond by offering fruit kebabs and having a lifeguard. The property was very clean and the staff took pride in their jobs. The hotel, room, and restaurant were extremely clean with super nice people working there. The hotel even called to make sure I wasn't late for my conference and allowed an early breakfast.

Cleanest hotel I've stayed in abroad, with a friendly atmosphere. The hotel is impeccably clean and lives up to its 4-star rating. The housekeeping team takes pride in ensuring the hotel is spotless. The food was really nice, with plenty of choices. The breakfast was super with fresh cooked eggs and bacon, and the dinner had a different choice every night. The pool is beautiful and a real sun-trap, with plenty of loungers. The bar staff were very friendly and often came around with free homemade slush drinks for people sitting around the pool. There are easy connections into Palma city center, and the Aquarium is around 10 minutes drive from the hotel, great for families. The hotel is really safe and the meal times suit everyone.
